  • Establishing guidelines for when Problem Management and root cause analysis should be used.
  • Designing procedures to ensure the right information is gathered to aid in effective root cause analysis.

There are no formal prerequisites for this course, but it is recommended to have a basic understanding of IT Service Management principles.
