The ITIL4 Practitioner: Change Enablement practice module offers guidance on best practices for maximizing the number of successful service and product changes. It emphasizes the importance of accurate risk assessment, authorizing changes to proceed, and effective management of the change schedule.

ITIL4 Practitioner: Deployment Management

The ITIL4 Practitioner: Deployment Management practice module is centered on the methods of transitioning new or modified hardware, software, documentation, processes, or any other components into live environments. It may also encompass the deployment of components into different environments for purposes such as testing or staging.

ITIL4 Practitioner: Release Management

The ITIL4 Practitioner: Release Management practice module offers guidance on best practices for making new and altered services and features accessible for use, consistent with the organization’s policies and the agreements with its service consumers.

ITIL4 Practitioner: Service Configuration Management

The ITIL4 Practitioner: Service Configuration Management practice module ensures the availability of accurate and reliable information regarding the configuration of services, as well as the supporting configuration items, whenever and wherever it is necessary. This encompasses details on the configuration of the items and their interconnections.

ITIL4 Practitioner: IT Asset Management

The ITIL4 Practitioner: IT Asset Management module is centered on planning and managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets. It aims to assist organizations in maximizing value, controlling costs, managing risks, and supporting decisions regarding the acquisition, reuse, retirement, and disposal of IT assets, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

The ITIL Practice Certifications are intended for professionals that want to prove and validate their skills in specific practice areas. The combined practice course is aimed towards validating the skills and knowledge of professionals seeking to establish a good cross-practice collaboration and effective service value streams.

The course is aimed towards the following roles: IT Service Managers, IT Operations Managers, Service Transition Managers, IT Project Managers, Change Managers & Coordinators, Service Level Managers, IT Governance and Compliance Staff, Process Owners & Practitioners.

The following are the prerequisites for this course:

  • You are required to have attained your ITIL®4 Foundation (you will need to provide us with a copy of your certificate upon registration in order to be enrolled onto this course).

To obtain the ITIL4 Practice Manager designation, you must complete this course and the ITIL4 Create, Deliver and Support module.

This course prepares participants for the examination leading to the ITIL®4 Plan, Implement and Control.

  • The exam consists of a 90-minute, 60 question, multiple-choice exam.
  • A mark of 65% is required to pass.
  • It is administered by an independent examination body, PeopleCert.
  • The exam is provided as an online examination voucher.
  • You will receive an email from PeopleCert shortly before your course with information on how to register for and schedule your exam.
  • The exam schedule is available 24/7 so you can sit your exam at a time that suits you.
  • Your voucher will be valid for 12 months, however we do recommend you complete your examination as close to the course date as you can – this is when the information is most fresh and relevant.

You will be provided with full materials for the course and to assist your revision prior to the exam:

  • Course workbooks/slideshow for students to download, or view on laptop or tablet devices
  • Official AXELOS ITIL practice exams
  • Course reference and exam guidance materials
  • ITIL4 online examination voucher, valid for 12-months
