The following are the prerequisites for this course:

  • You are required to have attained your ITIL®4 Foundation (you will need to provide us with a copy of your certificate upon registration in order to be enrolled onto this course).

This bundle is made up of 4 modules each with its own exam:

  • Each exam consists of a 90-minute, 40 question, multiple-choice, closed book, exam.
  • A mark of 70% is required to pass.
  • You need to pass all 4 exams in order to attain the ITIL4 Managing Professional designation.
  • The exams are administered by an independent examination body, PeopleCert.
  • The exams are provided as 4 online examination vouchers.
  • You will receive an email from PeopleCert shortly before each individual course with information on how to register for and schedule your exam.
  • The exam schedule is available 24/7 so you can sit your exam at a time that suits you.
  • Your vouchers will be valid for 12 months, however we do recommend you complete your examination as close to the course date as you can – this is when the information is most fresh and relevant.

You will be provided with full materials for the 4 courses and to assist your revision prior to the exam:

  • Course workbooks/slideshow for students to download, or view on laptop or tablet devices
  • Official AXELOS ITIL practice exams
  • Course reference and exam guidance materials
  • ITIL4 online examination voucher, valid for 12-months

The ITIL4 official publication eBook and the official PeopleCert course materials for each of the courses are accessed from within your candidate portal once you have redeemed your PeopleCert Voucher Code.
